We're a single story home located on a prime piece of real estate in the beautiful Solterra Resort, Davenport, FL.  Here you can relax in the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home, with a private southwest facing pool, and lanai.

Our home is located less than 15 minutes from the main entrance to all Disney Parks.

We want your stay to be comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing.  We work hard to keep the house fresh, clean and comfortable.  Providing our guests with a sanitized home is a priority.  For your convenience, our Property Manager is just minutes away if you should need him!

We completely repainted the entire house in 2020, replaced carpeting with luxury vinyl plank and added new living room furniture, smart Tv’s and updated bedding.  We hope you and your family will enjoy our air conditioned game room. You can challenge your family to a game of darts, pool, ping pong or cribbage.
