The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, while the breakfast bar and cozy nook with a table and chairs provide the perfect spots for casual dining. For more formal meals, the dining area comfortably seats six guests.

Pool Information:

• Pool size is approximately 27' 11" (Length) x 12' 4" (Width).

• The home is equipped with a Pool Safety Fence for your peace of mind.

• Pool heat is available for an additional $30 per day (pool will be heated for approx. 12 hours per day, typically from 8 AM to 8 PM).

• Pool heat is an additional cost and must be requested if desired.

S&L Vacation Station Policies:

• No smoking inside the property.

• No pets allowed.

• No events, parties, or gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time.

• Disturbances requiring security or law enforcement intervention may incur a fine of $500 or more.

• Must be at least 23 years old to book.

• Photo ID required before check-in.

• A full list of guests is required before check-in.

• No parking on the road as per vacation rental community rules.

• Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, motor homes, and boats are only allowed temporarily for loading and unloading.

• Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street-legal and registered like other motor vehicles.

• Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to immediate towing.
